Has anyone successfully accessed the service history in the app yet?

Mine is due its first service and I was just checking to see if the app worked. If you go into 'service and maintenance' there is a 'service history' tab. It asks you to 'Verify car' using some info off the V5. When I put this in and press the confirm button I just get a failure message.

Has anyone else tried this? Interested to hear if so.

Mine shows the service history. I don’t remember adding my car but it’s been nearly 12 months now so maybe I did! I’ve not long had the first service done and that’s showing in there (this is pretty much all the app is good for once you’ve finished tracking the progress of the original order).

Mine was only serviced yesterday but that service doesn't appear in the service history.

The app just reminds me that my service is due in a few days!

The oddity with mine is that the app doesn't allow me to "verify" the car so that I can view the history. I would appreciate knowing if anyone else had difficulty with this and how it was sorted.

Have tried to connect and failed - I even asked Toyota (oh how naive), No, it doesn't work. They also don't have any plans on developing it either (even though N America have a functioning app) - I even tried the Subaru app - that didn't work either.

I fear we are just a low volume (number, not noise) irritant for Toyota.

I had to email Toyota Customer Services and get the car ‘verified’ as none of the VIN details worked. All it allowed me to see was the Service History. I couldn’t even book a service through the App as my mileage (<50) and age resulted in a ‘no service available for your car’ message. Given that the Subaru head unit doesn’t connect to it either, I just gave up with the MyT App and deleted everything.

Thanks guys. I'm not overly bothered by the lack of this feature but just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something obvious. I think without that feature there really is no point in keeping this app.
