From the Toyota website...

If you bought your new or used (Toyota Direct) car online from toyota.co.uk and you're not completely happy with it, you're entitled to a refund, no questions asked.

To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your car on 0344 248 0189 (for new cars) or 0344 406 0288 (for used cars). The numbers are available from Mon - Fri, 10am - 4pm. You can also contact us via email at [email protected].

Provided the car has not been driven more than 250 miles and is in the same condition as sold with all the keys, accessories and V5 certificate, we'll refund you in full.

Salient point by @beorg

The only part to consider might be the below for those who intend to install something like PPF from Day 1:

"Provided the car has not been driven more than 250 miles and is in the same condition as sold with all the keys, accessories and V5 certificate, we'll refund you in full. "

Just a quick, if slightly belated, note by way of some additional information - I specifically put the point about not being able to have a Test Drive in a GR86 before delivery to a member of the Toyota Buy Online Team in an email back in April. Here's the relevant extract from the response:

"Q: I note the provisions of Sections 11 and 12 [of Toyota (GB) PLC’s (TGB) New Car Buy Online Terms and Conditions of Sale for Toyota Vehicles] – if I am unable to have a Test Drive in a Toyota GR86 with a six-speed manual transmission before collection of the vehicle from my nominated Dealer, [...], am I still entitled to change my mind after collection without being under any obligation to pay TGB any compensation? Please also clarify in precisely what circumstances I can change my mind after collection without any obligation to pay compensation?

"A: You have 14 days from the point of handover to change your mind and reject the vehicle for a full refund, for any reason, under Distance Selling Regulations."
