Sorry to hear it mate. Hope all is as well as it can be.Sadly a family bereavement means I will no longer be attending on Sunday![]()
So what's the score with the stand? Is it worth me taking a gazebo or is there no where to pitch it?
I was thinking that a couple of chairs and a picnic would make it all quite civilised.![]()
That's fair enough. If there's no room, it can stay in the car, or it can go over the top of a couple of cars just to give some shade. The GR Zoo area has a space for up to 10 cars. You can take a gazebo, but we haven't asked for space for one, so on the day they may be fine or they may get the clipboard out and say we didn't apply for a gazebo space and ask you to take it down.
I've dropped them an email, but it's likely we won't get a reply before the event.
Did the Manchester -> Sussex leg last night, so it’ll be Sussex to Beaulieu on Sunday morning.@CB2007

Not sure if anyone is interested in meeting up beforehand, and convoying in, but as you can't enter before 8.30 in the morning, I'll be stopping at Bolton's Bench car park, if I'm too early and leaving there at 8.30.
This is on Beaulieu Road, just after you turn off from A35, opposite Lyndhurst fire station (SO43 7BQ).
I'm coming from Dover and traffic here is quite fun at the moment, so I'll be leaving at 6 and that gives me an ETA of anything between 8am and 10am (to Bolton's Bench). Beaulieu is 15 minutes down the road from here.
Obviously, if I'm late, none of the above will apply to me but others may be interested.
