I also have a 3.3 Kia Stinger and everywhere else in the world the oil service is 10k/12 months and the UK has 6k/6 month intervals. For whatever reason Kia UK decided to set us up as severe usage to probably bleed us for more money. Probably the only way they would warrant a 3.3 twin turbo for 7 years/100k miles. Frequent oil changes no doubt extend the life on any engine, the only downside is your wallet getting lighter.

Probably even more important to service these engines frequently. Subaru really do have a shocking record for reliability compared to most brands. It upsets me how disgustingly easy this car would be to service at home and how much Toyota charge but it's definitely worth keeping that warranty should anything happen. Great that it can now be extended for up to 10 years too.
