GR Yaris Roof Lining Removal

Anyone remove the fake roof lining?.
I have seen it done on Youtube but with not a lot of detail. I am sure I have seen a Thread on this forum somewhere too.
Just looking at mine a minute ago the mouldings each side of the roof are stuck down. $127.00 USD each or find a way to reuse.
