Hi,

Does anyone know how the A pillar trim clips back into place.

There seems to be two white clips but the top one doesn't seem to want to go back in (and I can't figure out how it works- seems to have a flexi piece attached to it).

Am I missing something here?

When the trim is pulled out the white clip will extend. To replace the trim fold the clip back into its holder on the trim before you push it back into the A pillar.

Hi I had the same issue you need to remove the entire clip and "reset" it to the start position.

Check out this guide you release the clip from the A Pillar be depressing the release lever on the teaser clip. There are 2 levers either side of the clip where it goes into the A Pillar under how to release the teaser clip see number 3 it shows the 2 prongs you have to depress to get it out - it is quite fiddly there is one tab facing the front and one behind facing the windscreen. Remove the clip and the A Pillar trim and then thread it back through the trim to relocate it. Then you can refit the A pillar trim by clicking it into place - hope this helps.

Great description, saved a lot of time working this out. Thanks very much.

Just fitted Focal’s / Dynomat xtreme / soundskins speaker rings and backwave absorber in the front. Rear speakers waiting to go in once I’ve recovered from this masochism session.

Another thanks, and to the OP, I've just put some Focal component speakers and tweeters up front and this thread was very helpful 👍
