I’ve just had my phone call from Toyota regarding my order. They confirmed my car is in production & probably due for handover mid September.
I asked how many we’re coming in total which either the chap didn’t know or wasn’t allowed to put an exact figure on although he did say they all had to be sold before December 2023.
The reason some orders have progressed so rapidly is that they pre-filled the pipeline before releasing them for order so some unallocated cars were already built and possibly in transit when it went public.
