GR Yaris phone locked on info screen after call ended

Anyone else having this problem?
never used to happen, now after making or recieving a call, once ended, still says dialling or call on screen and in binacle.
wont clear until bluetooth disconnected and reconnected or car turned off.
deleted phone and re-paired but still same.

i normally notice software issues/gremlins/quirks happening when an update is near.

Lolz, yeah the software phones home to say "is there an update due soon", and if the answer is yes then it patches itself to introduce new bugs.

That seems likely.

Especially from a company that talks about Customer Satisfaction ad nauseam.
