GR86 Open intake location

Hi all, I always like to check where the air intake ends in the event of having to drive through a puddle, I've done this on every car since my boss wrote off a brand new BMW having only driven through a puddle as the intake pipe sat behind a fog light

So this is the airbox, but I can't see the other side of it through the front grill, does anyone know where it goes and what it looks like on the end?

Hopefully this should help - the intake tube is located above the grill opening in the bumper and protected by a black plastic shield so you won't see if looking directly through the front grill.
