GR86 Modded Red In Hoddesdon

A complete long shot but a gorgeous red, lowered, looked like 8.5J or more lovely wheels filling the arches, aftermarket exhaust, duck tail, and most importantly a wave from a snatched glance as St Martins Road is a very sharp left looking right over your shoulder...but the driver looked like Chris Harris!!
