GR Yaris Michelin Pilot Sport 4s 225 40 18 sourcing help

I need to replace a damaged tyre. Original fitment CP Michelin. Not a problem I thought. but after trying BlackCircles, Camskill, Oponeo, Mytyres I am starting to realise it might not be as easy as I thought.
It seems the PS4S in 225 40 ZR18 Y is not in stock at a lot of mail order suppliers at present. I just wondered if anyone knows a supplier that has them in stock. I really need it shipping rather than fitted.
I did see one on ebay at £400 plus, but could not bring myself to pay that.

Toyota bought an entyre... get it? supply recently, as far as I heard from a dealer. That could explain the shortage.

Aren't you needing two tyres then? You wouldn't want to change only one side I guess, would you?

GRunt - the tyre I need to replace has only done 1200 miles, with no measurable or negligible wear, so I am not worried so long as I can replace with the same tyre. I must admit when I rang suppliers you would be surprised at the number who offered to supply one PS4, or even PS5 to replace the PS4s.
