It’s only a week and we’ve seen it happen before.

In terms of productions parts quality they are often reengineered over the life of a vehicle to reduce costs, a common production technique. That said can’t imagine it’ll be a big issue for the GR being such low volume.

My car has been in production for 23 days without an update as to it being shipped. Do you believe this to be a consequence of golden week, or related to the pending factory shutdown?

I don't know about retiring, I'm thinking of adding my order to my will, so my children can eventually experience and enjoy a real pocket rocket

I'm sure your order was around the same time as me and imagine like mine is in transit already. I think I'm just lucky MyT is working for me and got the left factory notification as load of others don't. UK Online team are still saying October for me so if MyT was not updating I'd be pulling my hair out the same as you just now. I also just contacted them about changing my finance offer which they said isn't a problem but advised not to yet as offers only last 90days. Lol. I'm expecting mine late July/early August.

Yep I'm still hoping for a call from the dealer to say mines arrived, but not sure I can take another delay beyond October.
