A short intro - car mad man who's been having a 30 year mid-life crisis, gave up on expensive German sports cars many moons ago. Drove boring exec boxes for years - yes, I got one of those emails this week. Viewing the local demo on 1 July, have to confirm order by 3 July - also have a very long session booked on 17 July - helpful dealer.
Live in the sticks, so as well as my go to grey colour, adding mud flaps.
I will read this forum with interest, contribute only when I think I may be right and listen to those who are only slightly madder about cars than I am.
Don't know what it is, but I know this car is going to be a 10 year affair, It will take me on my work commute and I can park at the office door (those 8 days a month max) - as that ties in with my retirement date. Also, plenty of country blasts in Scotland where I live, comparing the experience to my motorbike, and the odd euro hop holiday.
Just a tad excited.
