GR Supra Interesting article on the A80 Supra

[AndyRC]

An interesting read about an A80 annual for sale. The A80 apparently had sales of only 600 in the last three years with the majority being auto , way before decent DCTs and autos like the ZF 8 Speed. As for tuning the engine to 2000 HP that should be extremely useful at MaCadees or a Tesco car park on a Saturday night

For the price of a new manual Supra, how about an old one?

There used to be a white auto one doing runs at Santa Pod, 2008ish?

I was told it had nearly 1000bhp.

It certainly stormed down the pod, and made a lot of noise lol

I can't remember it's quarter mile time, but it was very quick.

Saw one at NY500 a few months back and when he left he’d definitely gone full on “pops , bangs and whooshing” in the engine department
