Hi! I am Grunt. Greetings from northern Germany.

I placed my order end of Sep. 2021 for a GRY in "Schneeweiß" with "High Performance Paket". ETA is Sep. 2022. So still plenty time to whait, till pottling the GRY.
I decided to sweetn up the waiting with joining this forum!


(In Germany Pure White is called "Schneeweiß" and we can only choose from not adding a package, what is Convenience in UK I think, or to add "High Performance Paket" that includes the Circuit Pack modifications. So, I guess that would be like Convenience + Circuit Pack than? I don't know. But unfortunately, we don't get the front strut in Germany...pedestrian safety kinda thing)

What 'front strut' are you referring to?

The European High Performance is a bit of curious mix of UK models, but it doesn't appear to include a lot of the Convenience Pack kit (JBL, HUD etc.).

It does, however, have two-stage heated seats

Aah okay, yes. The JBL and HUD are indeed missing. Rear camera, AC, LKA, CC and so on are integrated.

I was referring to the front strut bar under the hood. The GR one with red mounts.

Guess I have to take a kansai then. The blue mounts on the cusco make me ill.

I don't think a strut bar is standard in any market. If one has been fitted it's been done by the owner.

Maybe the morizo special ones had it from the factory - though didn't find any pics and just a guess.

Oh, on English magazines I've seen the pictures of the engine bay showed the strut bar, also on official toyota pictures. So I thought it would be standard in UK. I've read it was cancelled in Germany because of safety reasons. I don't know ...

Even our Volvo V40 has one from the factory.

Add: in the old forum some said it was early on part of the circuit pack.
