Look like GRMN one is build with better material
And large opening of Naca duct
This is actually I have plan in mind back when I first get Gr Yaris for track use

that plastic also looks bit stronger material. Is this available in EU?

Quote from the Forbes article:

"While the actual GRMN Yaris will not be exported, Gazoo Racing did say that overseas GR Yaris owners as well as those driving the GR Supra and GR86, will have access to bespoke GRMN aero parts and suspension upgrades including Bilstein dampers by spring 2023."

So maybe the undertray will become available, and if it does I'm sure it will be an expensive one
