I had a manual GR86 in recently and wondered this myself. It's the same gearshift pattern, incl reverse. I'd need to try a GR Yaris gear knob on a GR86 to say for sure. I'll do this at the next opportunity amd come back to this thread with an answer.

Do these fit the GR86?

We had a few GR86 in with us this weekend for C-TEC exhaust system installs. Took the opportunity to test fit. They go on just fine, and do look the part. The are not as tall as the OEM GR86 gear knob as they don't have the lower ring which the OEM gear knob.
