GR Yaris Grille part number is 53102-52150... or is there >1?

I got hit by a roadsign last week... yep, not joking.

It flew out of the back of a ute (pickup for those who arent Aussies) on the motorway and hit my numberplate edge on. Its not a pretty mess as its smashed the plastic number plate bar and taken the top slats out, I was lucky it missed all the paintwork, didnt feel lucky tho...

Sigh.... and ...Yes the ute is long gone and no CCTV or dashcam footage so Im on my own with this...

Amusingly (if there is such a thing with this) the lower part of the grille is still intact or at least looks it... ready for a Pheasant or a reversed tow ball in a car park if one came along... If i ever need it I guess I could do something to make 2 into one with that part... anyway, something for later... but for now I need a whole one...

Soooo, I need to buy a grille.

Now my car is a Rallye, which has the brake ducts... like a UK/EU Circuit Pack etc.

My question : is the grille the same part number for models with/without these ducts?

I dont want to buy the wrong grille :/

This is the only part number ive been able to find, is there another? ...or do all cars use this and the Rallye/CP owners just push/snip(?) out the blanking plates?

Give me your VIN i can look for you. As there is a lot of regional part number changing for this part, with the VIN it should be much simpler.

Did you at least keep the sign? Mine is a poverty pack and the blanking plates are easily removed. Side by side with a rallye neither of us could see any difference. Check with a dealer, they have parts lists.

Haha, no... Sadly I didnt get the sign, the motorway was flat out with fast moving traffic and the sign was in the carriageways.

For those who come here later. Using my 2021 VIN it transpires the Aussie Rallye grille is part number 53102-52180.

These (like all Aus cars it seems) is gloss black. The one shown on the Lamspeed site (and in other places from sellers in Aus) looks to be matt black and so I deduce is sadly not Aus market. Sure, may well fit ok but not if you want to keep it original.

A word on costs (incl GST):
- On Amayama the 53102-52180 part number is $834 at today's prices.
By the time its shipped its not that much different (if you can get trade) at a dealer at circa $1010.

- FYI non-trade is $1132 RRP.

- Lead time is 6-8wks and very few are held in stock as the part is too expensive for a slow moving item.

FYI I picked up my grille today. The part number I quote above is 100% the Rallye version, it comes without the parts that block the brake ducts so is ready to fit.

Anyone buying from a Toyota dealer would be urged to seek 'Trade 2' tier pricing if at all possible, that saves you a little extra cash - another $50.
