GR86 GR86 Vs Mazda MX-5 Vs Alpine 110GT in EVO 304

With the PS5 out it can’t be long before the PS5S is hitting the market, it has a bit of ground to make up as a lot of people have rated the Potenza Sport very highly on owners groups.

My local Sainsburys didn't have a copy when I went in last week, so I might get the 3 issues for a fiver offer.

I have actually read the article and it is very positive, not to mention I have a ND MX5 too which I am keeping so best of both worlds, lucky me :)

And for anyone too tight to buy it or do the cheap sub offer you can read it online free legally by joining your local library and using the libby app. I signed up this morning done all online and I read the magazine (or just the 86 article so far) on my laptop via the libby website.

In case anyone else’s OCD is also off the charts (and you don’t want a scruffy, well-thumbed copy off the shelf), I bought CAR and Classic Cars magazines in a both-for-£8 bundle at WH Smiths this morning, which come packed together in a sealed plastic bag.

They also had last month’s Evo and Octane wrapped up together for £8.49 (if I remember correctly). I’m going to wait for a week or two to see if I can score this month’s duo in a similar bundle. Saves you a few bob if you want physical copies of both, and at least the corners won’t have been chewed by a feral child.

This month’s Top Gear is in paper packaging (with a watches and tech supplement), but I think I can make it through this life without surrendering £5.25 for their tragic laddish banter. At least Zoo magazine had norks, pish jokes and photos of work-related injuries.

Oh, those were the days...

I got it accidently, saw the front picture and for some odd reason thought it was Evo.

It’s a poor child of the decent motorist journals, being polite 🤣
