Kind of, I think the normal Starlet/Glanza is effectively a re-badged Suzuki Baleno.

This particular GR Starlet is built by Toyota in South Africa I believe.

I think it looks awkward. Not sure if it's the paint scheme which does it but it just doesn't look right to me.
