I don’t think we can have a different number as it would take too much time , atm it’s a one time design. I guess if we had a bulk buy and 150 of us were willing to buy then there’s a chance each of us could have a different number but I’m okay with 1 of 430 tbh. In regards to maybe waiting to see if any more are built, I’m in the camp of I don’t think there will be so I’ll risk it, and if they do, well can just remove it.
Update; Let me look at it tomorrow. I will try and find a text style which
Can be re-typed then the number Changing then won’t be an issue.

Reality is unless Toyota actually state how many have come to the U.K. ( we live in hope 
) we won’t know for about 6 months after the last delivery what the number is. As @Chris Mc points out there are also demo cars and press / training vehicles.
End of the day a gel sticker ain’t going to break the bank , a lot cheaper than fixing the clutch pedal , gear knob and throttle response

Personally I’d prefer something that looks more like the 10th Anniversary Plaques once we know the actual numbers

Unashamedly “borrowed” from a FB post by a Canadian owner of a GR86 Special Edition . Not sure if this is actually fitted by Toyota or if it’s an EBay Special 🤷♂️ Looks like a plaque with a clear plastic sticker on it 🤔🤔🤔

We could remove the 430 and have it like a serial number? 001,002,003 etc then it doesn't matter if they add more?

What to put on said plaque is an interesting debate ultimately we will know how many cars are coming/came to the U.K. 
, not sure how build number would work as the GR86 is built in between lots of other cars the one thing every owner will know is when their car started life in Gunma , as I’m assuming folk know their build date from the MyT information

Best to wait a year or so until all cars are registered and we'll be able to verify the number of GR86s registered in the UK here:
