GR86 Front Number Plate Bracket Removal

Presumably the plate has to come off the bracket first, then it unscrews and unclip the clips at the bottom? I know it's come off before as my detailer did it but I was trying to work out how as I still want to go JDM shape plate eventually.

Just the two screws and it will fall off, no clips
