GR Yaris Front bumper and quarter panel

I’m finally getting round to have my Yaris repaired. Within the first 30 days of ownership back in 2022 one of my neighbours in our communal parking scraped my front bumper and quarter panel and of course didn’t admit it, I polished most out and in all honesty it’s not that bad but I want it back to perfect. I asked at the dealer today when it was in for its service for a quote on a new bumper and quarter panel painted but they just quoted me for a repair.

1. I’m worried as the quarter panel has a slight warp in it
2. They have included in the quote 235€ for a GR emblem, can these not be reused as there’s nothing wrong with mine!
3. Can main dealers actually paint cars to a high spec? Or should I go to dedicated paint shop?

maybe rather dealer spesific question. my local is not so great so if you know a good paint shop I'd recommed use its services. They're not that common.
 
Here, no dealer does the painting work themselves. They just pass it on to professional paint shops.
