Just got these tasty pics from my mechanic who says it should be ready today. I'm SO excited, but my mates don't care about my poxy car and I have to tell someone:-

Can. Not. Wait.

(and yes it needs a wash - please don't hit me Phil 😂 )

Cool! Please report how they work? It was in my option list aswell as a allround kit for GR, thanks to great adjustability (or ease of it).
As getting older, one appreciates the ease of adjustment.

What is the default height and spring stiffness with those and is there option to go with custom springs?

Will do. Yeah I wanted the adjustment on the fly, can't be arsed faffing around under the bonnet to change suspension settings. Plus I wouldn't know what to do anyway!

No default but they can go 10mm higher or 35mm lower I believe. I'm going for 15mm lower, I had String Theory springs prior to this at 20mm drop but I caught my undertray a few times so going a little higher with these.

I could have used the String Theory springs with these, it was developed with them in mind. But these are softer than ST so I'm going with them for a bit more comfort. Plus I can sell the ST kit. Anyone interested?

Okay, initial impressions are.... it's a bit stiffer! (oo-er) I noticed the shaky headlights within a minute of first test drive which I never had with ST springs and Conv. Pack dampers. But when driving home I noticed it was on second softest setting so I knocked it back to softest and it felt similar to the old setup.

But I must say the ride is absolutely sublime. It just absorbs bumps and doesn't get unsettled at all, the A55 was very windy on the drive home and I wasn't getting blown about at all but I also had these fitted at the same time which might have something to do with it.

It's too early to give a full review (plus I barely know what I'm talking about) but I've booked Anglesey Track Day in March if anyone wants to come along and see for themselves?

Oh yeah, and I want to thank to Rich at TunedUK for his exceptional service - top job with these! He's done most of the work on my car and I can't recommend him enough.

After living with this for a few weeks, just on the road - no track use yet, I thought I'd share some thoughts...

For background, I've owned my GRY Conv. Pack since May 2021 and was always very happy with the suspension. I ran it standard for a few months before installing String Theory springs and lowering it by 20mm. This made the ride even nicer, I assume due to the progressive springs, and pretty much eliminated the shaky headlights which had annoyed me from day 1 (I picked the car up from Glasgow and had an awesome drive back to North Wales while avoiding motorways, but there were many dark lanes and the shaky headlights were immediately noticeable)

After taking it on track a couple of times in 2023 a couple of things became apparent - the seats don't hold you very well at all, and I can see why the Circuit Pack has firmer springs, dampers, and ARBs! The car performed brilliantly but I felt a lot of body roll and it didn't seem quite right on track.

I saw the Tractive system in the early days of GRY and thought it sounded awesome. My previous car (Alfa Giulia Quad) had electronic dampers and I liked being able to soften and firm things at the touch of a button, so if I was ever going to upgrade the suspension then something like Tractive is what I was going for. As an added bonus, with it firming up the outside dampers when cornering it supposedly means I don't need firmer ARBs or springs - noice.

So here we are, and it's absolutely fantastic! There are 4 variables to adjust - FRONT, ROLL, PITCH, REAR - with 5 settings each which can be saved to 5 presets. When I picked it up the Front was set to 2 and I soon noticed the shaky lights were back but not as bad as OEM, but dropping this to 1 seems to have mostly fixed that. I still don't think it's as soft as previously but is very close and the damping is sooooo much better - it feels nicer when going over potholes or even up and down kerbs (I don't make a habit of this but my mates driveway doesn't have a dropped kerb yet), there's no thump and everything is just nicely absorbed.

I've mostly been driving around the back roads of Anglesey so not the best test but I have to say it's just brilliant. When giving it the beans down a poorly surfaced road it just eats everything up and doesn't get unsettled at all. I've mostly been using it in the softer settings, no higher than 3, it's subtle but you can definitely feel it firms up with each setting, and of course I have done a few miles with it in the highest setting - it's actually not bone-jarring and still rides very well but I'll be keeping that for the track!! You can certainly feel every undulation with it like this, not ideal for most normal roads I'd say.

All in all I'm very pleased with this and can't wait to see how it goes on track!

Very interested and did you have them preset or have you been playing with the settings yourself? Just asking as I don't think I would know where to start!

Haha that makes two of us! Rich at TunedUK set up each preset, but that had Front=2 for softest preset which I've now softened off as I want a max comfort option. I've left the rest as he set it for now. I'm trying to get a good feel for each preset before changing anything.
