Extremely happy with the below for the past few months.
Universal, rather than Apple-specific. Also, I don't use its built-in wireless charging function (I chose the wireless charging option because I prefer the way it holds the phone to that of the slightly cheaper non-charger option). I prefer to connect the phone to the car's USB.
I placed it on the side of the tray, which allows me to still use most of the tray, which still fits my small sunglasses case. Or install a second one on the other side.
