All models Any ideas what this mark is and how to remove?

There was some dirt on the protective film near the boot, I wiped it off, but there's these marks left.
I've tried water and also some bird stain removed on a microfibre cloth but no luck.

Any ideas how to remove this, or do I need to get a professional too like a polisher or something? Worse case guess I can just remove the protective film.
Any help appreciated- cheers.
