GR Yaris Am I missing something?

My winter shoes came with these rings. I guessed that they was needed to fit around the centerring. Or is it supposed to space ‘‘em out? Rims: OZ Leggera. Inner measure ring: 56,10. Centerring measure: 60,00

What am I doing wrong?

They are spigots. What is the centre bore of the wheels? The GRY is 60.1mm iirc , so you should use a spigot if the centre bore of the wheel is bigger. Metal spigots are better in terms of rigidity but polymer spigots are easier to live with.
