The only order number I have is EN, I have asked the dealer to provide me with a VIN or any other order numbers, I also asked them to add my order to my online account. They just ignore me...

That’s not the order number we’re discussing. Contact Toyota UK if the dealer aren’t working for you.

VIN won’t provide a delivery date just when it was built.
 
MY JY0 Ordered May 31st 2021 was due yesterday. No contact.
Called dealer he said they have 2 in Derby due to them this week but systems are being upgraded so he couldnt check.

most frustrating.

I've got my order number from the dealer; my question now is what do I do with it to track my car? Apologies if this is a daft question:unsure:

Can you see your order in the my toyota app, I think that helps

What are the first 2 letters? I think we assumed it was going to start with a K?

Evening gents; yes, I am registered on the My Toyota app but it just says Processing Order which it has said for the past 16 months! so I am unable to trace any actual progress at the moment. I have the order number which starts KB and the dealer is now saying that the car is showing on their system to be delivered in December but I would have thought that I would be seeing some progress in the App by now; thoughts please.

JZ8 left the factory today so I’d expect that to be with a customer over Christmas/beginning of Jan.

KA orders are next then KB. I’m not sure how many between each letter but I’d suspect early next year is more likely for delivery.

I have a KA order and is still showing as processing. My dealer is saying it should be here inmJanuary but I'm not holding my breath,.
 
Someone has just posted elsewhere that their KB6 order has been pushed to Feb.
