But Toyota don't get that money, it goes to the dealers where the service is done.

It's a franchise model, so they can charge what they like for parts and the dealers have to buy them.

Franchises are almost always a low-margin business for the people running the outlets, low risk and high profit for the people selling them.

A good example is brewery-owned pubs, the franchisee has to pay to rent the pub and can only buy beer from the brewery.
