Took the wheel off and drove it round to someone more knowledgeable - 15 mins later it was fixed.

I have a slow puncture caused by the screw indicated which must have been picked up in the last couple of days.
My local tyre retailer says it's irreparable and they echo what's been posted already - they cannot locate any and Michelin...
