I spoke to the seller they say yes Undertray is the same for both Gen 2 and Gen 1 ?

Is there not enough access after removing the duct? If not I wonder why the duct looks to be removable?
 
Yes I ordered the GRMN under tray, to help cool the transfer case on track.
 
I fitted the GRMN undertray today and contrary to how it appears the cooling duct is not removable. This doesn't bother me at all, just reporting the finding.

Good to know, I'm sat looking at mine I purchased 18 month ago, still sat in the plastic bag, I wonder if you can drill them out and fit pop nuts with flush mount bolts ?

Well I assumed it was removable, I didn't really like the plastic type pop nuts that the undertray arrived with , as stated If NACA Duct was removable could you access the the sump plug for oil changes and the oil filter, unfortunately it's all one piece, my mistake just an observation .
