GR Yaris What did you do to your GR Yaris today?

Ordered the New Nokian Hakkapellitta 01 in 205 50 R17 for my new Braid winter wheels. Adaptive studs - retract into tyre on warmer winter days, on colder winter days the studs expand out of the tyre and into ice. Will be interesting to see how these work.

This time of year attracts the most smiles per mile, and reaffirms my love for the GR. Those cooler and damper days, blasting along greasy roads leaving a wake of rustling leaves behind whilst others in more exotic and expensive machinery back off and contemplate putting theirs into winter hibernation 😎

I'm afraid I don't have a part number, not sure if they have them. I ordered through a friend in Japan and went for the premium versions in "dark red". I can't really suggest any proxy service for buying from Japanese online market places yet as I haven't tried any. It would be good to hear recommendations if anyone else has had a good experience with proxies
 
I'm back from the dealership after the 2 year service, no issue with the service itself but I asked them about the combination meter recall update and it turns out it was done OTA a couple of months ago, I remember the car doing an update at that time but I thought it was something else because the tire pressure bug is still present, well it turns out it was actually related to the recall and they don't have any additional updates available for my cars so it means the bug is there to stay.

I'm a bit disappointed because I know some people got their recall done at their dealer and it did solve the bug, so I'm not sure what's going on there, it's not a big deal at the end of the day, just a small annoyance I was hopping to get rid of 😄
 
My car had been sat at work for 4 days, so It needed a good blast. Lucky enough on my way home I was behind a lovely old Impreza who wanted to play until it realised how much rally cars have moved on . Hats off to the owner of that car it looked great. I hope ours look as good as that in later years

I have been trawling Japanese websites looking to find these and have emailed a few vendors to see if they will stock and ship to EU/UK so waiting back to hear as these are a necessity with how thin the interior carpet is
