Quick question before I commit: Is Toyotadirectparts.co.uk legitimate? From reading the Ts and Cs on the website it looks to be via Fish Brothers.

The pricing is a lot, lot better than other 3rd party sellers (saving about 20%!) so just want to be sure that it’s not too good to be true. Had a quick search on the forum but I’ve got various sub forums hidden, so apologies if it’s been mentioned before.

They are indeed legitimate. I did a group buy from there last year and have bought various items for them over the years.

Amazing, thanks for confirming and all ordered. I’ll save the inevitable fitting questions for when I’m halfway through it on the driveway and it’s starting to get dark, with the job only half done.

Search function is a little intermittent for me and hard to give a good example, sometimes it works spot on but other times it’s probably the query I’m using (too vague). I hid lots of the sub-forums for other car models a while back, so don’t always see the full spectrum of results and should probably unhide them soon, you really notice the difference if you browse when not logged in.

On the topic of forum stuff, I sometimes struggle to see the difference between the what’s new and new posts features if I’m logging in after a while, and just skip between the two but not sure if that’s the best way to catch up?
 
I ordered a set of Toyota brake pads from them for my GR Yaris as they seemed legit and were considerably cheaper than elsewhere. They arrived promptly in sealed Toyota branded boxes and (although not been fitted yet) are the same shape as those currently on the car.
The receipt was indeed from Fish Brothers.

I’ll be picking up the required washers for the GR86 window crack sound issue. Will install them at the same time as fitting the upgraded focal speakers.

I ordered the window washers (for the crack problem) and a set of wiper blades some time ago. Neither turned up and via a phone call, I found the wipers were out of stock and would be about a month, but they hadn't let me know and didn't send the washers separately . . .

Eek, well fingers crossed the parts turn up for me.
 
I ordered a service kit and brake pads from them a couple of weeks ago. No problem.

Thanks, those are the parts that are on the way (as well as some new discs). Was confirmed this morning, so good to know.
 
Thanks all. Just to add that the parts arrived today on time and as expected, all looks good. The separate part that I ordered from Fensport also arrived ahead of time, so kudos to them as well.

Worth bookmarking for any consumables if you are keeping things exactly stock. It was notably cheaper (as above, about 20%) than a lot of the third party sites for identical genuine parts and offset some of the GR tax!

I've bought from renaultpartsdirect before and the pickup was Fish Brothers Renault. No issues, OE parts etc.
