Hey everyone! ๐Ÿ‘‹ My white beast is due for a little refresh. Iโ€™m planning to powder coat the stock wheels, but Iโ€™m having a hard time picking the right shade... ๐Ÿค”
Please drop some photos of your white GRs with custom wheel colors! Iโ€™m looking for inspiration โ€“ gold, gunmetal, or maybe something a bit more bold? Show me your setups! ๐Ÿ“ธ

Hi,

I went through this process last year after needing to refurb my wheels and fancying a change in colour.

I opted for Lamborghini Imola Bronze in a Gloss finish , rather than Matt after seeing another GR with a Gloss finish and liking what I saw.

Looks great and brake dust makes them look almost matt after a few heavy stamps on the brake pedal anyway.

Hope this helps and more pictures on my instagram gr4_omen although presently wearing my Winter wheel set up.

Here's my car last Summer before TRD front spoiler and side skirts were fitted. Very happy with the outcome and only thing I'd change is to get some BBS centre caps which I will get round to doing one day

When I was looking at wheel options Porsche Weiss Gold also looked good but a lighter colour so may show the brake dust more.

Hi, it looks nice. Brown is one of the colors I'm considering (y)

I like the color in the attached photo, recommended by a professional rim restoration company https://www.facebook.com/AUTHENTICCARSPOLSKA/

Best regards

Hoping to do my OEM Enkieโ€™s in Porsche Weiss Gold. They should look smart on my Scarlet Flare but Iโ€™m not so sure on white bodywork, especially with the dark accents (wing/mirrors/roof).

The imola bronze on @Omen โ€˜s post or a dark, smoky gunmetal variant is a winner on white

What colour code is that BMW wheel?

From what I remember, I couldnโ€™t find it anywhere online. The official colour on the BMW website is not really a colour codeโ€ฆ

I love gold wheels on white. I have a set of gold Braid Fullrace for summer and gold Speedline Turinis (pictured) for winter, shod with Michelin Cross Climate rubber.
Although both gold, the Braid's wheels are a lighter colour which pops in the sunshine while the Turini's are a deeper richer gold. Gold for the win ๐Ÿ˜

I also had my 911 wheels painted by this company. I think the Porsche Aurum Satin color is great on a black car, but I chose brown for the white GR. I'll put them on and send photos when they come back from painting.:)

Here's mine which has wheels that are a bronze/smoke gold colour (either Lambourghini or Porsche colour I think...not sure as they were done when I got the car).

Wheels show colour a bit more has mine isn't a track pack car, so more wheel spokes.

There is a white GRY in Porsche Weissach (where GT cars are made) employee parking lot with black/gunmetal wheels in front and green ones in the back. Always chuckle when I see it. Definitely a bold choice!
