Buy the Recaro lumbar support "C 1631"
Test at what height you want it
Unclip the rubberband from under the seat (see next pic)
From these two white plastic hooks
Unclip the three plastic clips
Like this
Then unzip both sides of the seat back
All the way up
And lift up the whole back side
If you want to mount an armrest to the side of the seat back it looks like this
Slide in the Recaro lumbar support cushion behind the large white plastic thingy, between it and the seat back's foam. You can't place the lumbar support cushion on the other side (front side) of the seat (where the seat heating is if you have it). The lumbar support works perfectly placed here, you really feel the cushion when you change the size pumping it up.
Sit in the seat to try out at what height it should be. I'm really tall so you probably want it lower than where I placed mine.
When you're happy with where you want it height wise just use some double sided tape
Put everything back in reverse order
