I had (have) a quad lock wireless car play adapter for another car (Porsche Macan). It is totally inoperable, I contacted support and they gave me some things to try. I had the same thing happen. They requested that I upload my license again on the Toyota website... but with no conceivable way to do it I gave them a call Thursday last week. They said to simply email it over and as a bonus did my welcome call there and then. 10:23 order confirmation email...

New member here, after ready this thread for the last 30 pages over 2 days I thought I would pipe up. Pearl white manual confirmed at 10:23. No delivery date, not showing in the app, and no contact from Toyota - but I don't think I'm worried....
