Their generic copy and paste answers advising us to wait for an update on social media are somewhat comical, considering we've all been waiting for some clear updates since the ordering process began.

They are buying them back off customers in the USA as they don't know how to fix the problem.

I am really disappointed , I know some on here are happy to be put through this treatment from Toyota but it is unacceptable for me.
They have no regards for us as customer and it really worries me if they show this disdain right now how would it be with the dealers when it comes to servicing the car or having warranty work.
If they had been straight from the beginning I wouldn't be ranting

Auto or manual? I loved it when I had a go last year. Only thing that made me hesitate was potential fuel economy (although was better than the Yaris when hammering) and quite a lead time on the Fastback which I liked the look of as something different and a natural upgrade to the vRS, even if power wise are very similar.

Agree with this 100%.

Not always got time to check in with 'the socials'; plus I don't have accounts for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or anything else.

Do you know what? Sometimes. it's the little things that tip me over the edge.

What really has irritated me (I admit disproportionally) is that effing '!' after the "sorry".

Gives it a frivolous, throwaway tone which makes a mockery of our frustrations.

Yaris X (Cross) are about everywhere now. I’ve also got one on order and being told Jan / Feb

Decided on manual, performance blue and N Light seats. May delivery which is ideal for summer road trips!
