Looks good. I assume the 3D scan shows it does not protrude below the existing underbody aero panels?

Thanks.
And yes, Exactly. It‘s Plug&Play and does not stick out below anything.
We will also build an Airduct that fits into the service opening of the engine undertray if somebody wants to have more cool air at the oil pan.

Track only. Gotcha 😁

Does it need the Lamspeed baffles or is it sufficiently baffled to do the job on its' own?
It‘s designed to work perfectly with the Lamspeed Kit.
Will also work without it, but for track use, the Lamspeed Kit is recommended.
His Kit is very well designed and a lot of people already use it, so we designed it with that in place.

Thanks.

Hi Phil, Nice piece of kit. So if we order this sump pan, will the Airduct that fits into the service opening of the engine undertray be available as well ?

Hi
Yes, it will also be available.

You can already order the oilpan already in our Webshop.

The Air Duct will be available most likely about a month after the oil pan, because i want to test the oil pan alone first, before making any more changes.

It will be bolted to the undertray and removable with it, which takes like 2min.

Yes it should.
Will check everything this weekend and also make a video about it. 😉

Hi Phil,
Any update on this topic ? Couldn't find your latest new video about the tests of the new sump and the cooling duct option.

Hi
You can see the data here:

So far no cooling duct option planned as there is just too much going on in my life right now.

Thanks Phil. Hope it's all OK for you.
No problem, the cooling duct can be added later (if required) I suppose. Or simply leave the small maintenance cover open to let the air get straight to the sump fins, or insert a naca-duct type inlet into the maintenance cover...
