It has been recently highlighted that scammers have been replicating items listed for sale on this forum onto other social media sites. Whilst these individuals haven’t been operating on this forum, please see this as a reminder to be vigilant when buying off other platforms.

Probably because they can read and copy the information that they need without ever either being a member or having to log in. It's a fine balance nowadays between being 'search engine visible' and being a scammer's go-to data pool. Perhaps it might be worth considering restricting public/bot access to certain forum areas?
