GR Yaris North Wales Pearl White Circuit Pack

Hello GR people,

Always wanted an homologation special having lusted after Integrales, Evos and Imprezas in the 90s. Didn’t think it was going to happen and then along came the GR Yaris.

Ordered a pearl white circuit pack in May of 2021 and finally collected it last Friday. I’m lucky enough to live in rural North Wales, a stones throw from some of the best and emptiest roads in the country. Not to mention some of the wettest.

No particular plans other than to keep it forever, although I’m sure over the years I’ll get around to the usual filters / remaps etc.

Couldn’t resist using it today, especially because the weather was even more grim than this car park.

Great pictures! Picked up my Pearl white car 4 weeks ago. So great now it’s run in, even if I don’t quite have your roads in far SE England.

Those look like great driving roads. Did have have it track , sport or normal mode , out of interest ? IMT on or off ?

Messed around with the different settings, but mostly used normal / traction control etc left on and the iMT turned on. I’ve had rev matching on other manual cars and this implementation is as good as any of them.

similar to what I’ve found. Really like the rev matching and always have it turned on , and with track mode .. amazing grip . Like the pearl white , was my second colour choice. Have you \ are you going to have any PPF , ceramic coating ?

Funnily enough I was torn between pearl white and scarlet flare. I’d decided in advance that if I was offered a cancellation I’d take a red one. Never happened though!

Not bothering with PPF etc. Its not a daily so probably won’t get that much use.

Also LL15! Think my son might have spotted you on the ring road around Mold a few weeks ago. Was a black 71 plate anyway!

120 or so miles in the wind and rain of North Wales today just for the hell of it. What a bloody car this is. Only problem is that I can’t drive more than a couple of miles without stopping for pics.

Replying as these photos came up in the random photo previewer just now, they really are superb and marketing quality level! I suck with car photography and the Yaris is really hard to accurately portray but they are great (above are my favourite ones).
