I have not seen much info about the GRMN parts that Toyota said would seel to normal GRY owners, so I'll post them here with pictures so we can discuss them.

(I'll post the images in the highest resolution I've found online)

We don't even know if these will sell outside of Japan, but I do hope they do; These Recaro seats homologated for this car would be a delight to have!

No doubt, but here in Spain at least the only way to have bucket seat on the public road is if the original manufacturer sells them, theres no way to homologate ones any other way (afaik). Plus they're beautiful, hope they dont go more expensive than the TT RS seats (+4000€)...

It looks incredibly cool, and by the info I've seen the extra vent can improve the temperatures a lot! "Bad thing" in EU carbon hoods are close to impossible to homologate, as carbon doesn't deform in a nice way if a pedestrian is hit... I'd buy it in a heartbeat if it was sold in aluminium even, tho! (but tbh I have less hope for it...)

The GRMN Alcantara-trim steering wheel has grabbed my attention.

It lacks certain controls, though (probably cruise control buttons).

Realistically, I'll just have to settle with a lower quality aftermarket solution, ie retrim the leather steering wheel, like so many others.

I didn't see the removed buttons, good catch! Anyhow, we can dream Toyota having an GRY upgrade program of some short in the future The GRMN is still not even sold yet, hope much more info will come in the following months. The GRMN Test drive is happening in Japan this weekend for some lottery winners, lets see if we can get any info from it.

I’d take the clutch as it’s the things that impresses me the least about the GR, just doesn’t feel quite there

Mr GT-R GT-R GT-R asked in the GRMN Test Trial if GRMN parts will be sold overseas, answer is a "There are no plans for it, but they can be freely obtained in Japan".

they might be 8.5J instead of 8J wide.
if they're any lighter, no clue.
