The winner will be the post with the most positive interactions throughout the month, eg. Likes
Images are easy to upload - simply press Ctrl + P on a PC, or press the Insert Image icon. If you upload your image and it doesn't show or just has a link, then it's probably too big, so you'll need to reduce it's size.
Note: if you upload your picture and only see a link, then reduce the dimensions of the image and then try again.
