Anyone running one of these?

Any experiences/views?

They look very adjustable to suit all tastes/styles

Never seen the point personally. You are paying to loose pedal modulation. Just push the pedal more.
Would think so too. To be fair, haven't tried, but then if I spent the money, I would want to believe it works, right? ;)

My bro had one. They do work same as a sport mode button in a lot of cars. Makes it so you have to press the pedal less for more acceleration so it feels more peppy. It does add a delay in reality though.

I've got one. Richard has too.

You can vary how sharp the throttle is. You have City, Sport and Sport +. Really what it does is proportionately shorten the throttle travel. I run mine in City -1. Think it takes a bit of dead feel out of the top of the travel. I've tried running it in Sport +2 though I found it made my foot ache as I was barely on the throttle at cruising speeds.

In summary it works fine and you do have a good amount of adjustment. I run mine on a fairly low setting, more for the sake of it being more comfortable.

I agree that the pedal is a bit dead in the top travel at low revs when e.g. rev matching. But I'm already used to it. But nice to have a solution if it bugs someone.

It's a relatively cheap and a five minute plug and pray job to fit it. I like it takes the dead spot out of the top part of the throttle travel. I do like to retain the adjustability in the throttle though which is why I don't ramp it up too high as otherwise it can make it too much like a switch.

I’ve tried it. It’s just a gimmick, I can live without it, to be honest.

However, if you’re not happy about how the pedal feels, it’s a good way to adjust it to your taste.

I'm not sure the GR's throttle would benefit hugely from one of these.

One did make a big difference in a Superb 280 that I had, but it had a notoriously sluggish response.
