Should we be changing between these modes , weekly / monthly to keep all those amazing engineered parts free to engage when required.
Just a Friday thought

No reason to. It's software-- the torque split is managed by constantly adjusting the pressure on the center clutch pack. None of the modes are full-time lock up, none are full time disengaged.

Thank you for this advice and knowledge. I'm a driver not a mechanic, so tend to drive cars until they break. As this car is so special I'm trying to make sure I keep this cars heart beating for many years to come

Different cars offer different driving modes, each impacting various aspects like throttle response, suspension stiffness, and steering feel. Knowing your car's specific modes and their effects is crucial.

Is there a good write-up or video that explains all the differences between the modes - apart from the change in torque split between front and rear? Like Auto Stop-Start being disabled in some modes.

There is at least more thing

I could swear I've used it (adaptive cruise-control) while track mode... but seems I was on my own after all 😅
