Can you explain what you mean by different? I was planning to use gtechniq c5.Whatever you go for will need a different ceramic sealant. My detailer has to order one in for mine. Used the same on the TWS wheels
Not sure, probably different to what he's normally used which would be KKD Revolve. I'll have to ask him.Can you explain what you mean by different? I was planning to use gtechniq c5.
The ‘KDD Revolve’ used by the aforementioned detailer is not meant for Matte wheels, hence the need for an alternative. Your choice of Gtechniq C5 Wheel Armour however, is fine because it is advertised as suitable for all finishes, including Satin and Matte. Can you explain what you mean by different? Well... I managed to do it, and that's saying something. You guys all seem to be a fan of C5. 1x15ml bottle is advertised as enough for 4x17 outer rims. Do you think that would be applicable for a kak-handed novice of ceramic coating applications?
I did my OE 18" rims today and there was enough to do the faces and inner lips, with a few drops to spare. You guys all seem to be a fan of C5. 1x15ml bottle is advertised as enough for 4x17 outer rims. Do you think that would be applicable for a kak-handed novice of ceramic coating applications?
Halfords matt black is also a good match to the inner lips for painting the silver balancing weights...Halfords satin black wheel touch up is a near perfect match.
