GR Yaris Air intake

Do you have the older style larger filter that they initially supplied, or the newer smaller filter? Because they changed the filter size to help with idling as far as I know.
I got the newer one with the smaller filter. The idle seemed fine after the cold start procedure ended.

Don' think so, but you can download the file on the link below and have it printed in some local 3D printshop, think it was around 200-250€ in my case for 2 sets.
Can someone help me out with getting the "STL" file?

Unfortunately Thingiverse list the file no more

Thanks for reuploading, I want to keep the OEM filtering so this is ideal.

My knowledge of 3D printing is lacking but I've found a site where I can get a quote to have the parts printed and shipped but I need to know what infill % I should select? Thanks in advance.
I have also uploaded Print Profiles that i have used. Even if you have not the sane Printer you can look at the Values i used to print the Parts.

Nevertheless- you make no Mistake if you use 15-20% because the Parts are thin.

As I’ve recently bought a piece of onehp’s (ex)GR, I have remaining a complete unused set of Helmut’s great Scoop System for sale. If interested let me know via pm.
cheers

so I decided to go for it and ordered Helmut's scoop kit, it's going to be printed using ASA material which has higher temp resistance than PETG and ABS, will also be installing the forge turbo inlet piping down the line also

main thing I wanted is constant cold air flow but OEM filtering, especially when the majority of the aftermarket intakes claimed improvements are done on a dyno with no airflow and I suspect are probably are at the expense of filtration quality.

Shout out to Helmut who's produced the design for us to use 👍
